When you contact us
Our contact form collects your name, email address, message, and inquiry topic. Advertising inquiries also ask for a business name and an optional phone number. Problem reports may include a page address. We use these details to handle your inquiry and respond.
Messages are saved in a private website inbox and sent to our email inbox. Website administrators and the services that host the website and deliver email process this information. Messages remain in those inboxes until removed; copies may also exist in backups. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Cookies and technical information
Product pages use a cookie lasting approximately one day to avoid counting repeat visits from the same browser toward the same product’s popularity. We store a visit count for each product. The contact form uses a temporary, hashed identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. Retailer links and WhatsApp

Our WhatsApp links open a service operated by WhatsApp. Joining is your choice. Review the group information, privacy settings, and WhatsApp’s policies before joining; your phone number and profile information may be visible to other participants depending on the group and your settings.
